A historical British style, Oyster Stouts were perhaps brewed for their nutritional value, or since oysters were a common beer pairing in London's pubs.
Today we bring you a stout brewed with smoked Maine oysters, sea salt, and rich Black Patent malt. Roasty chocolate fades to sea breeze salinity and finishes with a dry minerality imparted by the oyster shells.
Pairs great with... you guessed it... oysters, as well as roasted lamb, braised beef, and other seafoods.
