Our South Pacific Lager brewed using Maris Otter malt and hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops. After the boil it rests in our copper coolship for 1 hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. Nelson undergoes a cool fermentation using a German lager yeast. It is cellared for several months and finally dry hopped prior to release. (Second photo from OEC IG)
