Lua Brewing & Sapwood Cellars Brewery visited us at Toppling Goliath to go on a mission, venturing into uncharted territory by exploring previously unrecognized & underutilized aromatic compounds naturally occurring in hops. Harnessing the power of these compounds, we were able to achieve aromatic notes of bright, tropical passionfruit, orange, & grapefruit while still maintaining the fine line of balance. It was quite the paradoxical challenge, but as they say, “nothing ventured, nothing gained.” Join us on a journey into another universe of flavor! (Second photo from TG IG).
