Masskrugstemmen Festbier - Extract Recipe Kit

Masskrugstemmen is the German word for the steinholding contest that is played at Oktoberfest. Contestants hold full steins at arms length for as long as possible. Whoever holds the longest is the winner! Festbier (4B) is a clean lager with a malty flavor and subtle hop profile. The crisp, dry finish leaves the palate looking for more. Relatively low in alcohol, this beer is very sessionable. This recipe kit yields approximately 5 gallons of beer.
