Classes

This fun and laidback class is intended for those who want to learn more about beer and brewing but are on the fence about homebrewing. We will discuss the four main ingredients (water, malt, hops, yeast) in detail, discuss the brewing process, have a beer tasting, and learn a ton of stuff to impress your friends with next time you are at the bar! Light snacks will be provided. This class is offered the first Saturday of every month and runs about 90 minutes.

Join us for a fun and educational afternoon about wine and winemaking! This class is designed for those who want to learn more about tasting and making wine but are not sure if they want to start making wine themselves. We will discuss ingredients, equipment, techniques, as well as taste different wines and discuss why they taste the way they do. After attending you will be armed with a wealth of knowledge that will surely impress your friends at dinner! This class runs about 90 minutes.
