Fermaid O, 120g

Contains organic sources of nitrogen, not DAP, along with nutrients for a healthy fermentation with less heat spikes. Better yeast health equals better flavors. Use 1.5g per gallon. Rehydrate in distilled water and add at 1/3 sugar depletion.

Fermaid O vs. Fermaid K
In Fermaid O the nitrogen is organically derived in the form of autolyzed yeasts. In Fermaid K the source of nitrogen is DAP or diammonium phosphate which is a salt produced artificially.
