GF Hazy IPA ABV: 6.5% IBU: 40
This dank Hazy IPA uses White Sorghum Syrup as the fermentable sugar allowing it to remain completely gluten free! Notes of citrus and pine are at the forefront thanks to Simcoe and Tangerine Peel. The Verdant IPA yeast (also gluten free) adds in a hint of tropical fruit. The whole beer is rounded out and softened by the addition of flaked oats.
