American Brown Ale ABV: 5.5% IBU: 40

Peace, love, and beer. This American Brown Ale is hopped a little higher than normal resulting in an excellent balance of hops and caramelly malt. The English Ale yeast provides enough residual sugar to round the whole thing out. For the most enjoyable trip, bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
