This recipe is dedicated to our beloved shop cat. Her given name is Saaz, but she will also respond to: Director of Marketing & Customer Engagement, Bouncer of Barley, Minder of Malt, and Guardian of Grain. Regarding the beer, this is a tasty oatmeal stout with flavors of dark chocolate and burnt sugar. The English yeast provides a subtle fruitiness while the mouthfeel is smoothed out by the addition of flaked oats.
