It is the late-1800's. You are a seasonal farmhand (a "saisonnier") in Wallonia, Belgium. It is the dead of Summer and you just finished a long, hot day of manual labor. You sit down on the grass under a tree that provides you some shade from the beating sun. The water has been getting people sick lately, so your boss offers you the only thing available - a saison. It's cold, fruity, a little spicy and very refreshing. The wind blows lightly and, at least for the moment, you could not ask for more.
