Perhaps a polarizing style, the Autumn Seasonal Beer (often Pumpkin Ale) is intended to be an amber to copper colored beer, spiced, rich-bodied and slightly warming. This recipe is highlighted by biscuit malt, pumpkin pie spice, and the option of adding whole pumpkin, if desired. It is the official drink of choice of Uncle Fester himself.
