Raven Premium Czech Bohemian Pilsner malt is produced from high quality malting barley. Kilned at precise temperatures, this malt can be use for a wide variety of styles, but it ideal for bottom fermented beers such as pilsners and other lagers. These malts give beers pale colour, adequate levels of proteolytic activity, and sufficient activity of amylolytic enzymes to assure perfect saccharification of wort.
